New Story...

So...
I have been coming up with a new story idea for quite some time now - particularly because my main story isn't going anywhere, and all the others; I'm stuck. This new story was created basically as practice for plotting. I've harnessed describing and, somewhat, dialogue, but plotting is constantly running away from me. So, I'm hoping this story will let me grab it... even if only a little.
This story might be a little stereotypical, unoriginal, and OLD but, like I said, it's practice.
What I'm hoping for though is that, not the storyline, but the characters' personalities and friendships with each other might haul in readers. After all, its not what the story is about, but who is in the story.
*shrug*
I'm quite excited about it, to be honest.
Really excited. But, unfortunately, being stuck at home - sick - for a number of weeks has left me quite uninspired and just... FLAT. So, God has blessed me with the biggest writer's block ever. Thank you, really appreciate it, dude.
Anyway, Chapter One is almost done. But not finished. BECAUSE OF THE DAMN WRITER'S BLOCK.
When is does come up, however, I'll let you know, because I seriously want feedback and comments. I can't tell you how nervous, really nervous, can't tell you how nervous I am, I mean... excited I am to have it up and ready to be read! 
Well, I've decided to call it Burning Shadows. I might even get a teaser up to see how it goes...

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE WORLD???)

Ok, so that all of you know (it's not like I posted the same message a thousand times) my laptop is failing me at the moment. I.e. it's stuffed and neither me or my dad can figure it out. Also, we can't go and get it fixed because 1; it's holiday season (*boogie* 
) and 2; it's technically my school's.
SO, I have to use our home computer which I am currently sharing with my little brother and my mum because my dad won't let me go on the vaio. That means; no new stories or drawings for a LONG while. >.<
Not that it's urgent but this is just to let everyone know. I now have to write the traditional way - not that its a big deal, really, I don't care, i prefer this way - but my mind is constantly ahead of my body so my writing's all scribbly and messy and I can't really edit the writing around. T.T WHICH SUCKS.

Yo! Um, recently I have had a massive GIANT block to do with both art and writing (i.e. I can think up billions of ideas yet it doesn't come out the way I want it EACH AND EVERY TIME) so to conquer this block with the aid of my russian army (inside joke - sry to all russians
) I am putting up a big sign for writing:
REQUESTS OPEN
This is for writing only, however.
OK, so if you want a story written for you, I'm happy to oblige (but, depending, I wouldn't mind an art trade so you would write or draw or whatever for me )
Please tell me:
what characters you want in this story
if it's a fanfiction or not (and if it is what manga or film, etc.)
a basic outline of what you want to happen
personalities and descriptions of the characters
I WILL NOT WRITE DIRTY - so all content like that included and I will block you
And keep in mind it will be a short story.
